In the unlikely event that you want to cancel your Shopzie subscription, here are several ways you can do this:

Method 1: Cancel Your Subscription Manually 

1. From your Shopzie account, click on the drop-down menu from the profile icon on the top right corner.  

2. Select "Your Subscriptions" from the drop-down menu. 

3. Under "Your Shopzie Subscription" beside the plan you are subscribed to, click on the red "Cancel Subscription" button. 

4. You have successfully unsubscribed, which means you will no longer be billed for subsequent months. Please note: if you unsubscribe prior to your billing cycle date, you will still have access to Shopzie until then.

Method 2: Contact Shopzie Support Team 

Email or contact us via the chat icon located at the bottom right of the Shopzie app or website.
