Each time a customer completes the checkout process (i.e. providing their email or phone number, address and payment info), a Shopify order will be created. With each Shopify order, you have the ability to add in tag(s) or short descriptors, as well as orders notes for filtering, searching, and management purposes.

With Shopzie, you have the ability to add in the AliExpress Order ID as a tag or order note and create custom tags. To do this:

1. Go to Settings.

2. Scroll down to the Order section.

Do the following if:

  • Check the box next to "Save AliExpress Order ID as order tag" if you want to have the AliExpress Order ID in the tag section of your Shopify orders.
  • Check the box next to "Save AliExpress Order ID as standard order notes" if you want to have the AliExpress Order ID in the notes section of your Shopify orders.
  • In the field box next to "Tags - Order Placed", enter in a custom tag, each separated by a comma. Once your order has been successfully placed on AlIExpress, the custom tag(s) will display in the tag section of your Shopify orders.
  • In the field box next to "Tags - Tracking Number Added", enter in a custom tag, each separated by a common. Once your AlIExpress vendor ships out the order, the custom tag(s) will display in the tag section of your Shopify orders.
