• whether the credit card used for the order passes AVS checks
  • whether the customer provided the correct CVV code
  • details about the IP address used to place the order
  • whether the customer tried to use more than one credit card.

If you're on the Shopify plan or higher, OR if you are using Shopify payments on any plans, Shopify's fraud analysis will also provide you with fraud recommendations for each order. The fraud recommendations will tell you if an order is low, medium, or high risk of a chargeback due to potential fraud. 

If you have High Risk Order Protection enabled on Shopzie, you will not be able to process any orders that are marked as medium or high risk. This serves as an extra layer of protection so that you acknowledge that these orders are potentially fraudulent and will require investigation on your end before proceeding. 

If you feel that it is safe to proceed with the order, you will need to first disable the High Risk Order Protection feature in order to continue. 

To enable High Risk Order Protection: 

1. Go to Settings.

2. Scroll down to the Order section.

3. Check the box next to "Enable High Risk Order Protection".

4. Click "Save".

To disable High Risk Order Protection:

1. Go to Settings.

2. Scroll down to the Order section.

3. Uncheck the box next to "Enable High Risk Order Protection."

4. Click "Save".
