ePacket is a shipping method offered between US Postal Service (USPS) and Hong Kong Post with the goal to increase international e-commerce sales for China (hence, the name "e" packet). ePacket allows merchants from China and Hong Kong to offer affordable and fast delivery for light packages (no more than 4.4lbs / 2kg). In addition, the maximum length of the package can only be 24" (60cm) and the total length, height, and thickness of the package cannot be more than 36" (90cm). The value of the package cannot exceed $400 USD. 

ePacket delivery is available to 35 countries:

ePacket delivery can be tracked via  EMS when the package is still in China and the on USPS when it arrives in the US. 

With Shopzie, you can set to ship via ePacket by default if the shipping method is offered by the AliExpress vendor and if it is available for the destination the package is going to. 

To set ePacket as the default shipping method:

1. Go to Settings.

2. Under the Auto Fulfill section, check the box next to Set ePacket when available.

3. Click "Save".
